✨ Booking & Appointments

  • All services are by appointment only.
  • No deposit is required.
  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and start your fairy glow journey on time.

🌸 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We understand that life happens—but because your appointment time is reserved just for you, 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

⏳ Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to complete your service in the remaining time, but the full service fee will still apply.
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation.

  • Please let us know of any allergies, medical conditions, or if you are pregnant before your appointment so we can customize your treatment.
  • If you are sick, we kindly ask that you reschedule — we want to keep our fairy realm safe for everyone.
